The spacious holiday house accommodate 7 people with ease. There is a trundle for another child if needed. It has a newly renovated bathroom and spacious mezzanine level with large bay windows. Ideal for a family or a group of friends. It is self-contained with a fully equiped kitchen and outdoor undercover living area with a gas BBQ. All linen supplied. Please bring own beach towels.

There is a swimming pool in the complex. For fishing fanatics there is plenty of space for a car and a boat up to 7 m in length and a 150L chest freezer to store your catch

Downstairs features the large open plan dining/lounge area and a kitchen equipped with an electric cook top, convection microwave and a fridge. The downstairs bedrooms have a Queen bed and two Single beds. Next to the bedrooms in the hallway is the newly renovated family bathroom, toilet and a full laundry.

The spacious mezzanine floor sleeps four and has a Queen bed, a Single bed and a trundle suitable for a child. To keep cool on the hottest of days, there is also an evaporative cooler and a fan.

Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside while dining alfresco in the spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area, which includes a built-in barbeque.

The external bathroom including a shower and toilet is perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach.

Linen and towels are provided, except for beach towels. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Noise restrictions apply between 10 pm and 8 am. Please do not park underneath the alfresco area canopy.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. On arrival the keys are found in a lock box adjacent to the front door. You will be contacted via sms just prior to arrival with the lock box key code. Arrivals are after 1400 hours and check-out before 1000 hours. Early check-in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth’s fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries as the location is ideal for a leisurely stroll. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence however we do encourage you to lock your room and valuables away. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies intown and a desk at the airport. Most tour companies will pick you up from the front of the complex. The taxi service caters for general transport needs however to visit the scenic Cape Range and the many beautiful beaches, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of theyear, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre or visit their website prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
